Hope.
After a week of intense listening, learning, amplifying, and coaching (both myself and my clients), I have it.
Hope.
I have hope because I know that people are capable of change.
But we can not change people.
They have to want to do this. To make the change.
And when people want to change, when they commit to doing the work, they can change themselves, and change the systems in the world.
That’s why I believe in coaching.
Through managing my mind, I have been able to more clearly see the systems that we live and work under.
I am less likely to follow the herd, and depend on my own mind to think independently.
Through self-coaching and receiving coaching, I can continue to dismantle my internal biases so that I can work more effectively in the world towards outcomes that are based on my commitment to justice.
And I want you to experience this too. Having a coach in your corner is like no other experience. Being fully supported in the changes that you’re looking to make in your life is life-changing in and of itself.
I’d love to work with you. Book your free one hour consult here.
