At this point I’m pretty sure that my body is composed of 50% espresso, 40% la croix, and 10% whatever my kids didn’t finish eating.
But I know that taking care of my physical body needs to rise back up to the top of my list this year if I’m going to keep up the high performance that I expect from myself!
I’ve been feeling into acceptance that what I can do in the health and fitness realm is going to look different than it did in the past.
Spending 1.5 hours a day at yoga running marathons, or even getting to the gym hasn’t been my reality since 2010.
Why does my brain still tell me that’s what needs to happen in order to “officially” exercise?
Why is nothing else valid?
And as for food, just the goal of eating real food is going to have to be good enough.
And it is good enough.
