The world is wild right now.
As leaders in our workplaces, our communities, our families, and as a leader of ourselves as sovereigns, I’d like to invite you to think about what you wish that you were hearing from those who lead us.
Maybe that’s elected officials, bosses, pastors.
What would be helpful to hear from them?
How do you wish they would communicate?
How can we provide those words, those feelings, to ourselves and our communities?
Maybe we can reach out and help someone else.
Maybe we can support small businesses in our communities.
Maybe we can buy only what we will need.
Maybe we can look at our consumption.
Maybe we can see how we can communicate clearly, with humility, and from a deep connectedness with all of those around us.
Offer what you would love to receive.
Maybe that’s just some compassion for someone else.
We’re all in this together, doing it imperfectly, figuring it out as we go.
